A Celebration of Pork. This is a pork forward take on loaded potato skins, pork style. (Keto friendly!)I started thinly slicing and pounding out a pork chop. Then I dipped the slices in mayo, and coated them in @baconsheir pork panko. A quick fry till golden brown. From there they are topped with some cheddar cheese and tossed under the broiler. Then they get a nice helping of pork chorizo, green onions, bacon bits, a drizzle of @chosenfoods ranch dressing and some more cheese. When @fosterfeasts and the @theehbcs called for a pork dish, I knew this was up my alley! All things pork going on here and it was fantastic!
