Beef jerky is always the best snack I love making smoked beef jerky. The @bearmountainbbq old fashioned pellet blend is perfect for jerky, with a lovely smoke flavor that really accents the beef. You really can’t go wrong, playing with marinade flavors and then giving a nice low temp smoke to dry out the thin slices of eye of round. Smoke low and slow.
