I got so many positive comments on my story featuring this breakfast sandwich I had to make it more permanent as a reel.This is a @carbonautbaking bagel, some home cured bacon, and a fried egg. The bagel was topped with some Parmesan during its toast, and buttered with a chipotle maple butter. The butter was made using @pepperexchange chipotle puree, pulsed with some maple syrup and butter in a food processor. The bacon is home cured, DM me if you want to learn that process.
