Chicken kebabs A taste of the tropics at home. The chicken was cubed and tossed in @spiceology Maui wowie, some avocado oil and pineapple juice. It was skewered and then grilled directly over a @bearmountainbbq bold blend flame. I have been loving the grill approach for quick dinners recently and the bear mountain pellets are crushing it for me. Low ash, means less cleanup between cooks and a nice clean flavor. On a separate skewer is pineapple, bell pepper and red onion.
