Do tacos heal your soul too? These shrimp tacos were exactly what I needed. I used @spiceology black magic rub to bring the bold flavor and cooked with @bearmountainbbq gourmet blend, directly over the flame for a really clean burning wood fired flavor. Shrimp takes on a ton of flavor and quickly, so using a really nice wood pellet brings amazing flavor with ease. The grilled shrimp were piled into a base of @cabotcreamery cheddar, someday mixed greens and topped with guac and queso fresco. The guac was a simple mix of avocado, sour lines, @spiceology and roll and a splash of chipotle salsa.
