Do you crave a quesadilla? Me too. Grilled some chicken breast with @bearmountainbbq old fashioned pellet blend. After grilling I sliced it into thin slices and loaded it between two tortillas with a blend of @cabotcreamery 2 year aged cheddar and their habanero cheese.
