Food on a stick is more fun. Chicken breast skewers and a nice mix of red onion, red bell pepper and pineapple. A little @bearmountainbbq gourmet blend smoke to get things started and then a direct grill to get that char working. I chose the gourmet blend because I wanted to get a nice balanced smoke in a short time period before going direct over the fire at a higher temp. This gave me a nice smoke and also worked really well for the direct grill.
