Mediterranean style turkey meatballs over lemon pasta. Smoked the turkey meatballs using @bearmountainbbq cherry wood pellets for a light smoke with bold color impact on the meatballs. The lemon pasta was tossed in tzatziki sauce. With a garnish of some more feta cheese. For a side, artichoke steamed with a shallot and herb seasoning. Everything came together really well. Was absolutely delicious and full of flavor.
