Togarashi reverse seared NY Strip steak with roasted miso glazed carrots and a miso sauce. Ny strip seasoned with @spiceology togarashi rub and smoked with @bearmountainbbq gourmet blend for that perfect smoked beef flavor before a finishing sear for that grilled crust.
