Turkey meatballs and broccoli, leftover soup and extra protein Dinner was meatballs and broccoli. The meatballs were ground turkey based and baked, then dipped in a buffalo and brown sugar based glaze, and baked some more to set the glaze. Served with broccoli and garnished with green onion and sesame seeds. Lunch was leftover soup. Post workout was my @questnutrition bar and post lunch snack was a @builtbar puff. Solid sleep score, steps on point, good workout and overall getting back on track with weight approaching pre vacation levels already.
