2026 goal, get to sub 20% body fat percentage (I estimate this around 165lbs). I will maintain my workout routine and focus and high protein and low carb again. More real food and less snacks as well. This was my start, a workout this morning (first one in 2 weeks!) and a salad with @bearmountainbbq smoked pork chop seasoned with @spiceology garlic junkie. Nothing too crazy for new years resolutions, more marginal improvement and iteration on this journey I have been on for years now.
