Cobb salad with a special ingredient What is the special ingredient? Swipe to that last photo. This salad is a romaine base tosses in @litehousefoods ranch dressing. Then I tipped the salad with bacon, eggs, shredded buffalo chicken, carrots and celery. The special ingredient is the cheese! This is a Gouda I smoked over a year or so ago, using @bearmountainbbq pellets in a smoke tube using only the fan from the @yodersmokers to circulate the air. It was then coated in @spiceology really ranch sealed up and aged in the fridge till now. Served up with a cheesy bread stick for good measure. #salad #cobbsalad #bearmountainbbq #smokedcheese

Bruschetta and smoked chicken breast Sourdough toast topped with fresh mozzarella, habanero balsamic drizzle and a mix of diced tomatoes, garlic, parmesan, balsamic, olive oil, basil, salt and pepper. Served up with chicken breast that was smoked with @bearmountainbbq gourmet blend. I started the grill at 350 to hear the grill grates then dropped the temp to 225 for a nice smoke to pair with the bruschetta.
