Big cobb salad with reverse seared pork chop I seasoned up this pork chop and tossed it in the smoker for about an hour at 200 to take on a nice mellow apple wood smoked from @bearmountainbbq pellets. I then opened up the diffuser and gave it a finish grill. I Love how low ash these pellets are so I didn’t have to clean the smoker before cooking; even though I ran the smoker all day Saturday. The pork chop was cubed up and joined some @cabotcreamery cheese, tomato, cucumber, bacon, and hardboiled egg over a bed of romaine tossed in @litehousefoods ranch. #salad #biggsalad #cobbsalad #bearmountainbbq #cabotcheese #litehousedressing
