Bringing friends together for a @johnsonville hosted party The Johnsonville Bratwursts make an awesome foundation for that backyard BBQ Party. I could get them on the smoker and smoke them all in advance, so that as guests arrived and were ready, I could move them over the flame for a quick direct grill to finish them off. I paired the Brats with a buffalo potato salad, fresh fruit, and chips. With the hot dogs already fully cooked, those were also a quick and easy add for that direct grill cook, and they were the surprise winner! Everyone loved the amazing flavor-packed hot dogs.
