Buffalo wing WednesdayClassic flavor here, with a slow smoked buffalo wing using @bearmountainbbq gourmet blend pellets, smoked low and slow at 200 to an internal temp of 150 before cranking the heat to 375 for a nice crispy wing. I tossed the wings in @kindersflavors buttery buffalo and gave them a drizzle in @litehousefoods home style ranch. Buffalo chicken wrapThis quick dinner was absolutely fantastic. I started with @realgoodfoods chicken nuggets, cooked per instructions and then tossed in @kindersflavors buttery buffalo sauce. The romaine lettuce was chopped and tossed with @litehousefoods home style ranch and parmesan. I cut one @cutdacarb wrap in half and layer some sliced pepperjack cheese on each wrap. The. It was just a matter of stacking the layers and rolling them up tight. Bacon cheeseburger to get back on trackI was away on work travel the last week, and ate wildly off track from my normal day to day. This burger was a lovely transition back to normal.A @hero bun kept it low carb, though a helping of caramelized onions did up the carbs a bit, it was still within the plan for the day. A few strips of bacon, some pepper jack cheese, @grillospickles and lettuce rounded out the toppings with @terrapinridgefarms everything sauce being the only condiment I needed. Steak and BroccoliMore specifically, reverse seared filet mignon over a chimichurri sauce and a side of sauteed broccoli with a truffle parmesan dusting. The steak was seasoned on all sides with @oaklanddust spicy steak seasoning and smoked at 200 to an internal temp of 110 using @bearmountainbbq hickory pellets. It was then seared in a hot pan with avocado oil before a final butter baste. Spaghetti and garlic bread with a little dessertI'll start with the sauce. In a pan I cooked some bacon and yellow onion, cooking it till the bacon was crispy and the onion just past translucent, then I mixed in ground turkey and seasoned everything with @spiceology pizza seasoning. Once the turkey was browned, I added @raoshomemade marinara and let it all come together.The noodles are @miraclenoodle cooked per the instructions, but with a little butter and pizza seasoning. The bread is @paleotreats baller bread buttered, then topped with crushed garlic, mozzarella, some @spiceology truffle parmesan and parmesan cheese. For dessert I had the @paleotreats cacoanow! Buffalo & Sriracha Chicken WingsThese smoked chicken wings were just the right level of spicy. I smoked the wings using @bearmountainbbq hickory pellets, setting the smoker to 225 and cook the wings to an internal temp of 165 before upping the heat to crisp them up. 375 for about 10 minutes+the time to climb to temp did the job. The wings were seasoned with @whitebullsbbq bird gang, and when they came of the smoker tossed in equal parts @underwoodranches siracha and @primalkitchenfoods buffalo sauces. With about a tablespoon not butter as well.
