Make a BBQ Salad with me I started by grilling some chicken breast seasoned with a maple BBQ rub over an open flame using @bearmountainbbq gourmet blend. When the chicken was read I tossed some romaine in @litehousefoods ranch & @stubbsbbqsauce then I starting adding ingredients. Some pickled Jalapeno, @cabotcreamery cheddar, @spanglishasadero_official elote grilled corn, Avocado , Bell pepper, and Green onion. But let’s be honest here. That pretty presentation wasn’t going to work for consumption, so I put it all back into the bowl I tossed the romaine in and gave it a good stir before eating it.
