When none of your protein is defrosted, you make burgers! I always love a burger night and this cheeseburger was spot on! The burgers were grilled over @bearmountainbbq old fashioned blend for maximum wood fired flavor. I topped the patties with loads of @cabotcreamery cheddar cheese. Sometimes you're just feeling cheesy! Some mixed greens, @grillospickles pickles, and @tbjgourmet bacon jam. On the side, some @wildechips protein chips.#cheeseburger #bearmountianbbq

When none of your protein is defrosted, you make burgers! I always love a burger night and this cheeseburger was spot on! Previous ArticleChicken and shrimp stir fry with noodles. Onions, asparagus, broccoli, squash, carrots and bell pepper stir fried and tossed in a bit of soy sauce, @trybachans and @spiceology togarashi seasoning. Some cubed rotisserie chicken breast was tossed in as well. Cooked separately some shrimp seasoned in togarashi. In another pot some spicy noodles. Everything gets tossed together and topped with chili crisp and green onions. #stirfry
Next ArticleSunday Benedict English muffin, prosciutto, spinach, poached egg and a sauce that looks like but is not hollandaise. I used some sour cream and hot sauce instead of hollandaise to avoid the high volume of butter. Served up with a side of my home cured bacon. #benedict #brunch #sundaybrunch
