Yesterday was breakfast burrito and baked potato day.
Very similar meals but also wildly different. Smoked tri-tip at the core of each, slow smoked with @bearmountainbbq gourmet blend.
The burrito had one egg, some @cabotcreamery cheddar cheese l, sour cream and pickled jalapeno.
The potato had broccoli, cheese sauce, diced pickled jalapeno.
Both were fantastic meals! I also had one protein bar as an afternoon snack.
Hit my step goal, got my workout in, trying to get myself back on track after all the time away from routine.
